About the position

The macOS Developer will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, coding, and testing software systems or applications for enhancements and new products within the software industry. This role involves collaborating with business owners to ensure successful project delivery and maintaining operational and system-level documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, code, and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products
• Revise and refine systems as required
• Participate in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing, and ongoing support of business systems
• Develop and maintain operational and system level documentation
• Interact with business owners to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Experience with Swift
• Experience with Apple frameworks
• Experience with asynchronous programming
• Experience with networking protocols
• Experience using and developing for POSIX systems
• Fluency in shell and shell scripting
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs
• Experience with developing macOS Daemons and Agents is a plus
• Experience with time synchronization protocols is a plus
• Familiarity with gRPC is a plus
• Experience with Python is a plus
