About the position

The MacOS Developer position at Rose International involves developing large-scale, distributed data collection systems for the SSP Data team. The role focuses on building applications and daemons that efficiently capture and process data using camera devices, requiring expertise in macOS development and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop macOS applications and daemons for data collection systems.
• Design and maintain APIs for efficient data processing.
• Implement asynchronous programming techniques.
• Utilize networking protocols for data transmission.
• Work with Apple frameworks and POSIX systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Swift programming language.
• Experience with Apple frameworks.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with networking protocols.
• Experience in developing for POSIX systems.
• Fluency in shell and shell scripting.
• Experience in designing and maintaining APIs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Python programming language.
• Familiarity with gRPC.
• Experience with time synchronization protocols.
