We are currently seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Optimization team, which is built on three core pillars: machine learning, software engineering, and machine learning operations (MLOps). This role is pivotal in addressing a variety of computational challenges, including user response prediction, bidding optimization, forecasting, incrementality, and delivery optimization. Our approach emphasizes an effective data science process that acknowledges the uncertainties inherent in exploring machine learning solutions while also adhering to an agile software engineering workflow. We utilize popular tools within the Python data science ecosystem and are committed to fostering innovation. In this position, you will contribute to both the software engineering and machine learning aspects of projects. You will implement, refine, and validate machine learning algorithms for our products and applications. Your responsibilities will include developing data pipelines for data ingest, validation, cleaning, and monitoring, as well as training and deploying machine learning models into production. You will also be involved in researching and documenting technical requirements, creating patents, and collaborating with various teams to provide solutions to technical issues. This role requires a consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion, along with the ability to guide and lead junior engineers. Regular attendance and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary are also essential.
