About the position

The Algorithm Engineer position focuses on advancing the capabilities of the company's design software through the development and refinement of computer vision algorithms. This role is integral to enhancing 3D modeling and data automation in the construction engineering sector, leveraging generative AI technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms for structural analysis and 3D modeling.
• Develop models like GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models, and explore synthetic data applications to enhance generative design capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize algorithms, maintaining product quality and performance.
• Publish findings in leading journals (e.g., CVPR, ICCV), contribute to the CV community, and help shape the future of AI in construction.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred (1-2 years of experience); master's candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven background in computer vision projects, ideally with publications in conferences or journals.
• Expertise in GANs, VAEs, 3D vision, synthetic data, and automated data annotation.
