As a Machine Learning Engineer on the App Ads & Gaming team at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing TikTok's global monetization efforts through the development of large-scale application ads delivery systems. This position is integral to pushing the boundaries of personalized online advertising, allowing you to engage deeply with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and large-scale distributed systems. Your work will focus on creating innovative machine learning solutions for ranking, building scalable foundations, and launching various products aimed at maximizing the efficiency of deep funnel app ads delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the accuracy of the App Ads delivery system, exploring multi-stage ranking models, conducting data analysis, and developing feature engineering. You will also participate in the innovation of core App Ads systems by utilizing machine learning models and ranking algorithms. Collaboration is key; you will partner with product managers, data scientists, and the product strategy & operation team to successfully launch new App Ads products and features.
