About the position

The Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) position at CreativeX focuses on enhancing the visual experience of advertisements through real-time personalization and insights development. The role involves leveraging advanced technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and computer vision to automate and optimize creative content for brand advertisers. The MLE will work on building and maintaining platforms for deploying machine learning models, ensuring low latency and high engagement in ad creatives.

Responsibilities

• Quickly acquire knowledge of cutting-edge technologies in Generative AI to solve complex problems in the Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) domain.
• Investigate design approaches, prototype new technologies, and evaluate their technical feasibility, such as Auto ML and real-time ML serving systems.
• Collaborate with scientists to design and build data pipelines for processing massive datasets and scaling machine learning models.
• Develop and maintain platforms for developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems)
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
