About the position

The position involves working with the US Intelligence Community to leverage data for Machine Learning (ML) applications. The role focuses on architecting and implementing AWS cloud-native ML solutions, optimizing data platforms for model training, and collaborating with data scientists to enhance ML workflows. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer data sources, designing experiments, and researching algorithms to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement innovative AWS cloud-native ML solutions.
• Inspect, investigate, and understand customer data sources.
• Design and run experiments, and research new algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists to process massive data and scale machine learning models.
• Develop and maintain key platforms for evaluating and deploying models for real-world applications.
• Prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Experience with running A/B tests in production.
• Knowledge of causal inference and modern machine learning techniques.
• Master's / PhD in Machine learning and its practical applications.
