We are currently seeking talented engineers to join our team, which is focused on developing next-generation chatbot and machine translation solutions to enhance the TikTok Shopping experience globally. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing intelligent customer service solutions for TikTok Shopping. This role involves close collaboration with product and operation teams to understand user intentions and design conversational solutions that enhance user experience, leveraging cutting-edge large language model (LLM) technology. You will have the opportunity to develop various natural language processing (NLP) models, including text classification, machine reading, and summarization, as well as prediction models for chatbot actions. Additionally, you will work on optimizing machine translation services to facilitate cross-region product listings and improve communication between buyers and sellers. This includes developing machine translation models tailored for conversational environments and text generation from multi-modal inputs. You will also be tasked with creating multi-modal AI-generated content (AIGC) models for product copywriting, which encompasses generating product titles, selling points, descriptions, and live broadcast scripts. Your work will directly contribute to improving business performance and saving human effort through the application of advanced AIGC models. The successful candidate will engage in NLP-related research and development, which includes building intent classifiers, prediction models, and generation models. You will design taxonomies, manage high-quality labeled data, train machine learning models, and monitor their online performance. This role requires a commitment to understanding the impact of our chatbot solutions quantitatively and continuously bridging business improvement actions with model optimization efforts.
