Responsibilities

• Undertake research towards achieving project milestones in collaboration with team members.
• Identify and assist with the acquisition of funding from various sources.
• Search scientific literature to select and modify methods for research goals.
• Write and present research status reports and manage updates with customers.
• Prepare research results for publication in conferences and journals.
• Mentor graduate students in research-related activities.

Requirements

• An advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of two years of experience in data analysis and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• A PhD is preferred.
• Background and experience in Space Weather Modeling and Forecasting.
