The Search Ads team is at the forefront of innovating search engine monetization across TikTok and its associated apps, such as TopBuzz and BuzzVideo. As a Machine Learning Engineer on this team, you will engage in the development of a large-scale Ads system, focusing on relevance model optimization, algorithm development, and enhancing NLP capabilities. You will tackle complex challenges in areas such as semantic matching, ranking strategies, and ad performance metrics. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with product managers and operations teams to define product strategies and features, contributing to the growth and success of our Search Ads product from inception to execution. In our hybrid work environment, employees are expected to work in the office three days a week, with flexibility based on departmental needs. This model is regularly reviewed, and specific requirements may evolve over time.
