The Governance and Experience Algorithm team is dedicated to supporting various businesses with advanced AI technology, focusing on combating risks and violations in e-commerce scenarios and building a healthy e-commerce ecosystem. This role involves identifying algorithms for risk detection, optimizing algorithms for large-scale brand libraries, and exploring reinforcement learning to improve audit quality and efficiency in e-commerce settings.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying algorithms for risk, violation, and low-quality issues in e-commerce scenarios such as products, shopping cart short videos, and live streaming with products.
  • Mining and identifying algorithms to detect fraudulent behaviors and identify risky, violated, or low-quality merchants and creators.
  • Optimizing algorithms for large-scale brand libraries, products, and content deduplication/clustering.
  • Conducting data construction, instruction fine-tuning, CoT, alignment, and other work for large models in the e-commerce domain to optimize effects.
  • Exploring reinforcement learning and operational research algorithms in intelligent dispatching and audit scheduling to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
  • Optimizing various basic algorithms such as NLP, vision, multimodal, search, graph, and LLM to support governance business and apply cutting-edge technologies to e-commerce scenarios.
  • Streamlining the optimization and iteration process for computer vision models in e-commerce, including fine-grained classification of product images and logo detection.
  • Optimizing video classification, multimodal content mining, and understanding of e-commerce short videos and live broadcasts.
  • Optimizing risk identification models related to text content in e-commerce scenarios, such as product copywriting and voice descriptions.
  • Optimizing risk mining algorithms for comments and reports related to products and short videos, improving platform governance effects.
  • Researching large-scale multimodal algorithms and their implementation in e-commerce scenarios.
  • Extracting extensive data from various entities, including content in e-commerce live broadcasts, products, merchants, and influencers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field.
  • Solid coding skills with the ability to develop in a Linux environment, proficient in Python, Go, or C++.
  • Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, proficient in machine learning and deep learning theory, with rich practical experience.
  • Familiarity with 1-2 areas in natural language processing, computer vision, multimodal, graph algorithms, search algorithms, text/data mining, and LLM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for challenging problems.
  • Good team spirit and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in platform governance, audit, risk control, content security, or overseas internet/e-commerce business is preferred.
