The Lead Ads team plays a crucial role in empowering TikTok's global monetization efforts, which is a billion-dollar business, by efficiently delivering lead ads on the platform. As a Machine Learning Engineer on the Lead Ads team, you will be deeply involved in the development of large-scale distributed systems and state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms. Your work will focus on developing novel machine learning solutions for ranking, building scalable foundations, and launching various products that maximize the efficiency of lead ads delivery. In this role, you will work on the development of a large-scale online ads delivery system, aiming to improve its accuracy and effectiveness. You will explore multi-stage ranking models, conduct data analysis, and develop feature engineering techniques. Additionally, you will participate in the innovations of online ads systems using machine learning models and ranking algorithms. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with product managers, data scientists, and the product strategy & operation team to launch new Lead Ads products and features.
