About the position

The Machine Learning Engineer role focuses on designing and implementing Generative AI applications specifically for Telecom Network scenarios. The position requires a seasoned Technical Architect who can lead projects from proof-of-concept to full-scale deployment, ensuring scalable and reliable AI solutions across multi-cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI solutions leveraging multi-cloud platforms.
• Develop and implement Generative AI models and algorithms, including LLM models like Falcon and Llama2, as well as Google and OpenAI models.
• Productionize models including model training, deployment, serving, and monitoring.
• Optimize Generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor on how Gen AI solutions can enhance business processes.
• Develop prototypes and proof of concept demonstrations to showcase proposed Gen AI solutions.
• Iterate on prototypes based on client feedback and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful project deliveries in diverse tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with structured and NoSQL databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of modernizing monolithic applications and migrating legacy apps to microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with virtualization tools like VMware and Docker.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Proficient in cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitCI.
