The team is pivotal in delivering TikTok's Ads revenue and is focused on developing the next-generation web ads solution for the platform. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the existing delivery system that optimizes for advertisers' true business objectives, such as user value and ROI effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to work with a globally diverse team of talented engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create meaningful connections between users, advertisers, and TikTok. Your work will involve building highly scalable machine learning systems and state-of-the-art models aimed at improving ad ranking quality and optimizing marketing strategies for advertisers. This includes tasks such as click-through rate prediction, conversion rate prediction, intelligent format selection, and user journey optimization. In this role, you will explore, develop, and experiment with new features to enhance model accuracy while fully understanding the objectives of the ads platform. You will leverage modern machine learning techniques to improve the relevance, quality, and quantity of ads delivered to end-users, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to innovate the shopping experience on TikTok.
