Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to analyze and interpret large datasets, improving the efficacy of our wellness solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate machine learning models into production.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance using techniques such as A/B testing.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing machine learning systems and ensure scalability.
• Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to derive actionable insights from data.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science to continuously improve our technological capabilities.
• Develop and implement data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines to ensure high-quality data input for machine learning models.
• Document processes, models, and code to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of machine learning projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of statistical and mathematical principles underlying machine learning algorithms.
• Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using tools like pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Apache Kafka is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying and scaling machine learning models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across various functions.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
