About the position

Tiger Analytics is seeking experienced Machine Learning Engineers to join our advanced analytics consulting firm. The role focuses on deploying, executing, validating, monitoring, and improving data science solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and ensure business value from data.

Responsibilities

• Providing solutions for the deployment, execution, validation, monitoring, and improvement of data science solutions
• Creating scalable machine learning systems that are highly performant
• Building reusable production data pipelines for implemented machine learning models
• Writing production-quality code and libraries that can be packaged as containers, installed and deployed
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and business partners to drive strategy and communicate results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in machine learning or data science
• Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to build data and model pipelines
• Experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines for ML solutions
• End-to-end understanding of applications being created
• Ability to maintain scalable machine learning solutions in production
• Ability to abstract the complexity of production for machine learning using containers
• Ability to troubleshoot production machine learning model issues
• Experience with Big Data projects using structured and unstructured data
• Ability to work with a global team and communicate problem context effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Python, Spark, Hadoop, and Docker
• Knowledge of ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras
• Familiarity with MLflow, Airflow, and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS SageMaker
• Proficiency in statistical tools and relational databases
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python and SQL
