About the position

The Machine Learning Engineer at Attractivate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver scalable ML solutions, optimize data pipelines, and ensure high-quality data for model training. The engineer will also be responsible for integrating models into production systems and staying updated with advancements in the field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable ML solutions.
• Implement and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support machine learning workflows.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for model training.
• Evaluate and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems and monitor their performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and apply them to improve existing solutions.
• Document processes, models, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural networks.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn, Tableau).
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or a related field, with a proven track record of deploying ML models in production.
