About the position

The Machine Learning Engineer role at Capgemini involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to help leading organizations leverage technology for sustainable and inclusive growth. The position requires extensive experience in machine learning, data analysis, and model deployment, with a focus on utilizing advanced tools and techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python.
• Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data for building data pipelines.
• Implement data preprocessing, imputation, and feature engineering techniques.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and data visualization.
• Design and train models using TensorFlow or PyTorch, including CNN and LSTM models.
• Perform model validation, fine-tuning, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Utilize MLOps tools such as MLflow and Databricks for model deployment and inferencing.
• Develop REST APIs for model integration with applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills for high-dimensional data analysis.
• Familiarity with model design, training, and deployment processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NER) models.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for machine learning.
