About the position

Adobe is seeking multiple Machine Learning Engineers at mid to senior levels to leverage Generative AI and Machine Learning techniques to enhance the experience of Adobe's Digital Experience customers. The role involves collaboration with Adobe Research and other business units to develop innovative products that optimize audience creation, journey optimization, and personalization at scale. The position is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires a strong focus on data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Adobe Research to develop cutting-edge models.
  • Design and build applications powered by generative AI, including defining APIs, integrating with UIs, and deploying on Cloud services.
  • Engage in the product lifecycle, including design, deployment, and production operations.
  • Provide technical leadership in architectural design, technology choices, and evaluation of ML models.

Requirements

  • PhD or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required.
  • 5 to 10 years of applied research experience in software industry/academic research with experience in developing and evaluating ML models.
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, or analytics concepts.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud development on Azure/AWS.
  • Fluent in at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with LLMs and prompt-engineering.
  • Recognized as a technical leader in the related domain.
  • Experience working with both research and product teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Competitive salary range of $118,500 -- $219,100 annually based on location and experience.
