About the position

The Machine Learning Implementation Engineer at OfferFit plays a crucial role in collaborating with customers to ensure successful implementation of AI testing solutions. This position involves working closely with customer analytics teams, enhancing product capabilities, and contributing to the overall product strategy and roadmap. The engineer will also be responsible for supporting customers continuously, ensuring they derive maximum value from OfferFit's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams and OfferFit colleagues on implementations including use case definition, data integration, and ML model configuration.
• Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components.
• Work closely with the ML pipeline development team to enhance self-learning algorithms.
• Participate in determining OfferFit's product strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the continuous support provided to customers to ensure their success.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, TensorFlow, FastAPI, Great Expectations) and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Airflow, Terraform, and GCP.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with JavaScript (Vue, Node.js), HTML, and CSS.
• Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, object-oriented code and testable APIs.
• Ability to explore and learn new technologies and methods.
