About the position

The Machine Learning Intelligence Operations - Data Scientist Senior Associate role focuses on leveraging agile processes to support advanced analytics projects across various operations functions within Consumer Banking. The position aims to enhance machine learning and AI initiatives, particularly in improving the Agent AI assistant, while driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights and identify trends.
• Support data-driven decision-making across servicing and operations functions.
• Improve customer and agent experience while reducing operating expenses.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ML/AI solutions.
• Utilize enterprise data to develop automated data solutions.
• Oversee data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing for high-quality input.
• Develop and deliver reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Stay updated on developments in machine learning and data analytics.
• Leverage agile processes to deliver business-focused analytics.

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions using Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, SAS).
• Familiarity with AWS, data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Experience in writing code and automating data processes.

• Graduate degree in a related field is preferred.
