Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end quality and operational excellence in promotional strategies.
- Hire, inspire, and grow high-performing team members.
- Learn from and innovate closely with world-renowned creative teams.
- Partner with product management and engineering to define and execute on high-impact cross-functional roadmaps.
- Lead innovation by leveraging state-of-the-art methods in statistical analyses, machine learning, and computer vision.
Requirements
- Proven track record of applying machine learning with industrial-scale data.
- Ability to think through business problems and solve them using analytics and data science.
- Strong collaboration skills with both business and creative teams as well as technical teams.
- Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
- PhD/MS degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field with 10 years of industry experience.
