About the position

Snorkel AI is seeking a Machine Learning Solution Engineer to join its growing Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to both prospective and existing customers, collaborating closely with various teams including sales, product, and engineering. The primary focus is on leading technical evaluations and demonstrations of the Snorkel Flow platform, ensuring alignment with customer business needs and facilitating successful transitions to post-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, designing and leading tailored technology evaluation processes.
• Serve as the primary expert educator on the Snorkel Flow Platform, building demos and presentations for customers.
• Act as the main customer-facing technical resource during meetings and evaluations, engaging with various organizational levels.
• Provide trusted advisory on AI, assisting customers with their end-to-end vision, including strategy, operating models, and best practices.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve quota targets while ensuring successful customer hand-offs to post-sales teams.
• Guide revenue leaders on sales strategy and product obstacles, representing team needs to executives.
• Interpret complex problems and create simple solutions, collaborating with prospects and sales teams to deliver effective AI solutions.
• Systematize and playbook pre-sales activities, including demo and POC assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including sales at a B2B software company or DS/ML consulting.
• Experience executing a value-centric sales motion using methodologies like MEDDPIC or Command of the Message.
• Expertise in modern machine learning frameworks and technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and transformers.
• Knowledge of industry-standard technologies in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Fluency in Python scripting.
• Hands-on experience in building and implementing machine learning or AI models.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of machine learning solutions.
• Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to connect customer business problems to Snorkel's platform and approach to ML development.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
