Responsibilities

• Develop and train machine learning models.
• Build a Reinforcement Learning from AI Feedback (RLAIF) pipeline for enhancing search capabilities.
• Experiment with innovative model architectures, coding and testing new ideas against current models.

Requirements

• 2 to 15 years of experience in a machine learning role, with a focus on enthusiasm for AI and a startup mindset.
• Ability to code a transformer model from scratch using PyTorch.
• Comfortable working with and building large-scale datasets.
• Passionate about solving important problems and understanding the significance of acquiring high-quality knowledge for the world.
• Graduate-level education in machine learning from a top-tier university (transcripts or proof of grades required).
