The Beverage Division of Crown manufactures a variety of packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees, teas, and new energy drinks. We lead the packaging industry with innovative technologies that redefine how the world perceives beverage cans. Our aluminum cans offer a large printable surface area and a wide range of sizes, shapes, and decorating options, making them the perfect packaging format to create a compelling brand presence. We are currently seeking Machine Maintainers to join our team. As a Machine Maintainer, you will start at a competitive rate of $28.29 per hour, with a progression to $30.195 per hour over 36 months. In addition to competitive pay, Crown offers comprehensive benefits, including free company-paid health insurance for employees. Candidates must be available to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to work overtime hours. Requirements

  • Six+ years of experience in a machine repair or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and equipment rebuilding expertise
  • High competency in the use of micrometers and calipers
  • Strong math skills and computer skills
  • Experience in using controls and settings on robotic controls
  • Knowledge and/or experience working with high-speed machinery
  • Proven ability to interact and work effectively in a team setting

Nice-to-haves

  • Working experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • An Associates/technical degree or a related vocational/technical certification (journeyman license, etc.)
