Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on bag-making machines and associated equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, closely monitoring equipment to identify and prevent potential failures.
• Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and collaborate with the production team to provide training on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Respond quickly to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
• Follow factory safety procedures during all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in machine maintenance, particularly in the bag-making process within the plastics or film manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of the mechanical structure and operating principles of bag-making machines, with proven hands-on troubleshooting skills.
