About the position
The Machine Operator position at Ecore International involves working on the 2nd shift to produce high-performance upcycled rubber products. Responsibilities
- Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
- Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
- Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
- Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
- Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
- Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
- Participate in regular training sessions
- Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
- Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area assigned
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
