Responsibilities
- Perform minor adjustments, clean and fill machine.
- Monitor fluid levels and machine performance for maximum productivity and quality.
- Operate die cast equipment manually as necessary and clear faults.
- Monitor metal temperatures, plug size, casting removal, die spray, part release, trimming operation, and quality of castings, making corrections as necessary.
- Visually inspect to certify part quality and pack castings per relevant Work Instruction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
