About The Position
The position involves working as a member of the Production department to assist in the operation of a machine operator position in the Production area. The role requires performing quality checks, adjusting tools, completing production records, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The individual will also be responsible for reading blueprints, using overhead hoists, and performing maintenance checks as outlined by Engineering and Maintenance. Communication with supervisors and peers regarding production issues is essential, along with performing 5S activities as established by the Production Manager.
