About The Position

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 2nd shift in Troy, IL. Requirements

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience setting up and running production machinery.
• Minimum of one year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Experience with calibration equipment such as calipers.
• SAP experience.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal fabrication machines.
• Read shop orders and engineering drawings.
• Perform quality checks and use calibration equipment such as calipers.
• Run various machine operations including brake press, hammer flanger, and hand sheering.
• Complete safety and quality training as required.
