This full-time position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, focusing on maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Machine set up, tooling changes, and changeovers
- Machine troubleshooting and problem solving
- Ability to use computers for data entry
- Reading blueprints or markers
- Entering program data
- Responsible for quality control
- Accurate use of complex measurement tools
- Assisting in training employees
- Conducting 5-S audits and daily cleaning
- Ensuring a safe working environment by conforming to safety guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to use hand-held power tools with accuracy and precision
- Regular lifting and maneuvering of products up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for full shifts
