Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in the Laid Scrim department during the night shift.
• Perform accurate standard and metric measurements and conversions.
• Read and execute customer order specifications accurately.
• Complete production-related paperwork legibly and accurately.
• Utilize hand tools effectively, including scissors, utility knives, and wrenches.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all shift personnel.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of safety rules and safe operation of machinery.
• Demonstrate cooperation and leadership in a team-based environment.

Requirements

• Basic operating knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Satisfactory attendance and performance record within the past 12 months.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible 12-hour shifts.
