About The Position

Ernie Ball Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join the Machine Shop team at the Music Man factory. The role involves operating metalworking machinery, fabricating parts, and ensuring quality craftsmanship while maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of metalworking machinery and tools.
• Welding experience is a plus but not required (can be taught).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently.
• Proficient in basic shop-level math.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operating metalworking machinery to fabricate parts according to engineering specifications.
• Fabricating production and custom parts using materials such as metal, plastics, and wood.
• Assembling various components into subassemblies or complete products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Lifting and carrying items as needed.
• Performing tasks in both standing and sitting positions.
• Ensuring quality craftsmanship with efficient time management.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
