In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and programming the machine necessary for proper vacuum packing. Your day will involve identifying scheduled products for packing, bringing appropriate carts with product trays for loading, and verifying the correct amounts of product and film to be used. You will also arrange plastic rolls and films to set up the machine for packing, ensure the machine runs correctly at the appropriate speed for production, and visually check the seals to ensure they are tight and free of food material. Proper labeling of each package is also a key responsibility.
