This full-time position offers flexible scheduling with day and night shifts, allowing employees to enjoy more full days off. The role involves training at the Watertown facility for six months before transferring to Milton. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.

• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of manufacturing processes.
