About the position

The 3rd Shift Machine Operator position at Aerotek involves setting up and operating a custom Haas CNC plastic injection mold machine. The role focuses on cutting plastic tubes into small rings and conducting quality checks using digital gauges. This is a night shift role, providing opportunities for growth in a clean, climate-controlled facility with modern equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a custom Haas CNC plastic injection mold machine
• Cut long tubes of plastic into small rings
• Perform quality checks with digital gauges
• Change out fixtures as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience working with CNCs or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable performing quality checks with mics/cals/gauges (digital gauge preferred)
• Experience with Haas CNC machines
• Proficiency in CNC setup
