About the position

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery that processes die castings for molds.
- Compile materials into smaller pieces of hardware for window cranks and small brackets and frames.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Perform assembly tasks as needed.
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct general labor tasks related to machine operation.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to change out parts on machinery.
- 1+ year of previous machine operating experience (preferred, but not required).
Nice-to-haves
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in production, machine operation, and assembly.
