About the position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various embroidery machines and a strong understanding of production processes. This role requires a commitment to quality and safety while efficiently producing high-quality products. Pay will be based on level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Avance 1501c embroidery machine, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Take a training course in order to ensure specifications for production.
• Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on machine to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Package finished products according to company specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have experience in operation of multi-needle embroidery machine.
• Must be knowledgeable in embroidering on hats, shirts, bags, and other apparel.
• Proficiency in operating multi-needle embroidery machinery and understanding of production processes.
• Familiarity with tooling setups and operations.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
