About the position
The Machine Operator is responsible for managing and performing tasks related to converting raw materials into finished goods in a manufacturing environment. This includes operating various machines, assembling components, processing materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production and packaging processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate a wide variety of machines.
- Manage the full life cycle of products through the Packaging Process.
- Match tickets with the product and perform quality checks of items/weights.
- Ensure the product meets customer specifications and process orders through the Cyrovac machine.
- Ensure accuracy in packing and palletizing finished goods.
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate machinery for intended purposes.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for machinery.
- Ability to keep up with the line speed of machinery.
- Physical capability to lift items and meet yields, volume, and quality standards.
