About the position
Randstad is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Franklin, Kentucky. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This position is temp to perm and requires working 8-hour shifts, primarily on the first shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate machine to ensure minimal downtime and efficient production.
- Ensure appropriate, accurate documentation of processes.
- Maintain materials used in production processes.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies.
- Maintain departmental quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
