Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Machine Tool or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Effective communication abilities.
• Knowledge of safety practices and inspection tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CNC and deburring equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts according to specifications.
