About the position

M&J Precision Machine is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and oversee various projects within the organization. The role involves organizing, planning, and ordering materials while ensuring timely updates to customers regarding their orders. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, schedule, and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers and management informed on all aspects of each job.
• Track down and resolve issues that could impact quality, schedule, or cost.
• Ensure On Time Delivery of each job.
• Lead an interdepartmental team to complete jobs on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Quote/Purchase material according to job requirements.
• Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
• Adhere to job costs by monitoring hours and material pricing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Mid-level experience in project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards
• Time management skills
