About the position

The Machine Vision T&L Account Manager Executive at Zebra Technologies is a remote role focused on expanding the customer base and driving sales growth within the Transportation & Logistics and Retail verticals. The position requires a strategic approach to managing key accounts and developing sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value clients. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in machine vision technologies to provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining a leadership position in understanding industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth.
  • Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.
  • Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machine vision and/or fixed industrial scanning technology
  • Experience selling into Retail, Transportation & Logistics verticals
  • Must reside in the US, near/around Seattle, WA.
