About the position
The CNC Milling Technician will be responsible for setting up and machining various parts according to blueprints. This role requires knowledge of G-Code programming and the ability to read blueprints, as well as experience with basic measuring tools. The position is a first shift role and requires a high school diploma or GED, along with at least one year of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand part requirements.
- Program CNC machines using G-Code as necessary.
- Utilize basic measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of related experience in CNC milling or machining.
- US Citizenship required.
- Knowledge of G-Code programming and blueprint reading.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with lathes and other machining tools.
- Familiarity with advanced measuring tools.
