Machinist

Responsible for handling all tool room machining activities which include the designing, drawings, setup, and machining of items needed for our production facilities. The role involves creating detailed drawings or sketches of parts, setting up and creating parts for prints or sketches, and performing alternative work such as helping with machine repairs. The position requires setting up, operating, and machining on a vertical mill and metal lathe, as well as operating a band saw, chop saw, and drill press. Additionally, the use of measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, bore gauges, and dial indicators is essential.
