About the position
The CNC Machinist position at HIROTEC America involves the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC and/or Bridgeport machines. The role is essential for ensuring the efficient production of components, requiring a blend of technical skills and practical experience in machining.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and/or Bridgeport machines.
- Perform CNC programming as needed.
- Create and read blueprints for machining tasks.
- Conduct own setups for machining operations.
- Operate cranes and forklifts as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in machining.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
- Ability to create and read blueprints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
