About The Position

The position involves performing diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) exams, exercising professional judgment in the performance of procedures, ensuring MRI safety, and providing a quality patient care experience. The technologist will interact effectively with patients, their family members, physicians, and other health care workers, and will have extensive knowledge of the operation of all MRI equipment. Responsibilities include positioning patients, administering contrast material, obtaining patient history, and accurately documenting in patient records. The role may also involve performing additional diagnostic radiology procedures as needed.
