About the position

The Maid/Housekeeping Team Leader/Assistant Team Leader position at The Maids of Oklahoma City involves overseeing a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role requires effective communication, customer service skills, and the ability to manage and direct a small team while performing residential cleaning tasks. The position offers daytime hours from Monday to Friday, with travel reimbursement for commuting to job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality, efficient, and courteous service while performing cleaning tasks according to The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, cleaning systems, and procedures.
  • Communicate pertinent information regarding cleaning procedures, equipment, supplies, and personnel issues to the Assistant Team Leader or Team.
  • Proactively assist the team as needed and take on additional project work as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in residential housekeeping.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
