Responsibilities

• Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain appearance and hygiene.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and inquiries promptly.
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing.
• Prepare meals as required, demonstrating cooking skills that meet dietary preferences.
• Support custodial tasks in various settings, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize daily routines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to sanitize surfaces effectively while adhering to health standards.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
