  • Receive incoming calls as company switchboard and route calls to appropriate teammates.
  • Prepare outgoing mail to meet post office standards.
  • Deliver outgoing mail to the front lobby each morning.
  • Take certified mail items to the post office as necessary.
  • Prepare outgoing packages to meet FedEx standards.
  • Support daily business needs including typing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Order business cards and ensure office supplies are stocked and replenished.
  • Assist Contract Analyst by securing contract information.
  • Maintain all printers, including obtaining toners and liaising with the copier vendor.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone presence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality with sensitive documents.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in data entry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and remain calm in emergencies.
  • Valid driver's license for delivering and picking up packages.
